Seedling of vegetables is the key to the cultivation, seedling quality will directly affect the growth of vegetables, flower bud, fruit setting rate and the fruit yield and quality, so quickly masteringand nurturing seedling nursery technology are keys to get high yield early maturity of vegetables, The researches about hypothermia with low light and substrates affecting on the quality of pepper seedling growth were many at home and abroad, but the researches about the appropriate range of different light and temperature conditions, and the substrate affecting on the growth of pepper seedlings were little, so in this experiment, pepper is the research object, different day and night temperature, light intensity and substrates are the driving variations, by accurately controlling the light and temperature environment, then observed and measured the whole pepper seedling growth period of morphological, physiological and biochemical indices, the variance of the indicators analysis results are as follows by using DPS software:1. In the trial of three selected matrix formulation (waste residues:peat:vermiculite 1:1:1; 2:1:1; 4:1:1),its bulk density, total porosity and PH were both suitable for the growth.for the different treatment, proportion of slag with the bacteria was higher, the porosity was higher, but relative lower of water retention, and increased proportion of slag with the bacteria, there was a rising trend in the conductivity; available N, phosphorus, potassium, total nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and organic matter content with the increasing of the proportion of bacteria residue.2. Pepper seedling emergence, the growth potential, fresh and dry weight, root fresh weight, total dry weight and seedling index were was increased with temperature, leaf area, shoot dry weight, root dry weight and seedling index were best in moderate light intensity (4000-4500Lux); Seedling time was short with temperature higher, and light conditions can effectively reduce the seedling time; soluble sugar and proline content were decreased with increasing temperature, and soluble sugar content and light intensity showed a positive correlation, but proline content was inversely proportional to light intensity.3. In different substrate treatments, pepper seedling emergence and leaf area were very significant different, pepper seedling emergence were increased with the increase of proportion of slag with the bacteria; In different treatments seedling height and seedling time were not significant, B1 (waste residues:peat:vermiculite 1:1:1) and B3 (waste residues: peat:vermiculite 4:1:1) the best deal on seedling stem diameter, fresh weight, root weight ratio, total dry weight and seedling index; content of chlorophyll was higher by B3 treatment; Excepion of B1 treatments, proline content, root activity and soluble sugar content were higher by B3 treatment, considering the seedling index, seedling cold tolerance and time factors, waste residue:peat:vermiculite 4:1:1 pepper was most suitable for seeding.4. By partial temperature and suitable light (28 day/23℃night, light intensity 4000 4500Lux),the rate of emergence, leaf area, shoot and seedling dry weight of underground index were higher. By artial heat treatment under low light, the chlorophyll content of three matrix was higher than other treatment combinations; and by optimum temperature light (23℃day/18℃night, light intensity 6000-6500Lux),the root activity of the matrix was highest, and wsa followed by the same conditions in 4000-4500Lux light intensity;By treatment of 18℃day/13℃night, light intensity 6000-6500Lux, matrix mixing ratio 4:1:1, content of soluble sugar was higher, but content of proline by low light intensity treatment. The seedlings indicators taken into account, factors such as rapid seedling, temperature 28℃day/23℃night, light intensity 4000-4500Lux, matrix mixing ratio of 4:1:1 for the best treatment combination.
