In this experiment, we use 2mM spermidine foliar spray on ZhongshuNO.3 and Favorita. Research chilling under low light (5℃,30001x) stress conditions on potato about photosynthesis and physiological changes. The main results are as follows:1. Low temperature and light stress affects the photosynthetic efficiency of potato, with the stress time of two species of net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Cond) and transpiration rate (Tr) decreased, while the intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) increased. By Spd treatment plants of two varieties is 1.35 times on Pn;Cond 1.6 times; Tr 1-4 times higher,than CK,but Ci roughly equal.2. Stress caused by MDA and H2O2 content and intracellular reactive oxygen content increases, while Spd inhibited the effect. After seven days MDA content is 3.3mol/gFW 75% of CK and H2O2 content is 300μmol/gFW 65% of CK.3.After Spd spraying, in adversity stress condition within the plant antioxidant system is activated.AsA content, SOD, APX GR enzyme activity rise in cells, remove ability strengthening reactive temperature of damage degree can be obtained in a short time. Slow the inhibition of oxygen plant inside speed, thus maintaining the stability of cell membrane structure, and protect the plants,than improve the two varieties of potato resistances.4. In Spd transgenic potato research we found potato suitable medium for in vitro potato is MS+25mg/L Coumarin+6g/L Agar+0.5mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L NAA+80g/L Sucrose+lg/LActivated carbon. In the same differentiation culture condition, only DongNong303 divide the bud, and the appropriate differentiation medium is MS+IAA 1mg/L+GA3 2mg/L+6-BA 1mg/L+ZT 3mg/L...
