| Alkaloid content is essential factor of internal quality of tobacco. It have a far-reaching impact on strength, taste, irritancy and aroma of tobacco. Except for nicotine, most of minor alkaloids of tobacco is very low and these minor alkaloids is indispensable for tobacco quality. in addition, alkaloid as precursor of TSNA against the security and quality of tobacco. Consequently, analysis of the composition and content of alkaloids establishes a scientific proof for breeding of new variety, Optimization of cultivation modulation or improving the quality of tobacco leaves, and it is very actual value. The main results of this study are as follows:1. This experiment compared seven different pre-processing methods of alkaloid and optimization of the best one. As a result, a fast effective approach to analyse alkaloid of tobacco by gas chromatographs is established in this Study.2. An analysis on more than 10 varieties of alkaloid of cure-tobacco in YunNan, there are spread differentiations between different varieties. Compared the content of the total alkaloids,NC297 is the highest one of all species, K358 is lower than NC297. Y201 and Y87 is lowest; Compared the content of the total minor alkaloids, RG17 is highest, NC297 is lower than RG17, Both were significantly higher than that in DL01,K326 and Y87. Although the DL01, K326 and Y87 were significantly higher than that in Remaining species. Results in minor alkaloids ratio of the total alkaloids, the sequence of those 11 varieties from high to low was RG17>Y201>Y87>NC297 (K326)>DL01>HD>NC82 (DL02)>Y85>K358.3. Took different base manure proportion in different fertility soils on the composition and content of alkaloids of tobacoo was conduced. The higher base manure proportion in the three tobacco soils the lower alkaloids content there are. The lower base manure proportion in the three tobacco soils the higher minor alkaloids content there are. Although, further reduced the base manure proportion, It seem amount to nothing.The impact on main ingredient from different base manure proportion are different in three soils. It can not be generalized. 4. Various alkaloids and main chemical composition of tobacco dynamic changes have significant difference due to different aging conditions and it greater influenced by the temperature and leaf moisture. The impact on main chemical composition of tobacco from different aging conditions are markedly different. Appropriate temperature and humidity are conducive to accumulation and degradation of various alkaloids. It is good for coordination of the main chemical constituents. |
