This paper used 11 kinds of Chinese herbs as the test materials, studied on 11 kinds of herbal extracts growth inhibiting effects on the main postharvest pathogen at grapes'store time, and choose the better herbal extracts of inhibiting postharvest pathogens to studied on the inhibiting effects with different ways of extracting and concentration; At the same time, studied on the effect of using the combination of herbal extracts and the konjac power coating on quality and postharvest physiology of grapes. The conclusions are showed as follow:It is showed that the inhibition effects of Flos Caryophylli extract for the growth of six pathogen is remarkable;Coptis Chinensis root extract also has very good inhibitory effect on Botrytis cinerea,Fusarium graminearum Schwabe,Alternaria alternata and Trichothecium roseum, the inhibition of the extract of Cortex cinnamomi has obvious bacteriostasis to Penicillium and Aspergillus niger.According to the inhibition effect of the extract of Flos Caryophyllata,Coptis Chinensis root and Cortex cinnamomi with different ways of extracting and concentration,it is discovered that the ultrasonic extraction of Flos Caryophyllata can inhibit six kinds of bacteria achieved 100% in theory, Coptis Chinensis and Cortex cinnamomi with the water extract has relatively good inhibitory effect; As to different concentration, the inhibiting effect results to weaken with dilution of the concentration of Flos Caryophyllata,Coptis Chinensis root and Cortex cinnamomi extract. In normal temperature and low temperature storage, compound coating film in preservation of Red-globe and Ruby seedless grape has obvious effect. In normal temperature storage,2g/L and 5g/L Konjac with Flos Caryophyllata extract compound coating could prolong the Grape storage, the fourth day in storage period is the critical period. In low temperature storage, compared with other concentration, the Konjac concentration of 2g/L has good effect, Flos Caryophyllata,Coptis Chinensis root and Cortex cinnamomi extract exhibited inhibition effects to certain extent in the growth of six pathogen for storage period;the twentieth day in storage period is the critical period, and the storage quality of grapes in this period could influence on the length of the storage period direct.
