| In order to find out the ideal forest types of Qinhuai River watershed and provide a scientific basis for the water conservation forest management,we studied on different kinds of forest types of structural features, Spatial structure, plant species diversity, Stability and the effects of thinning on the growth and plant species diversity.the conclusion as follows:1. From the Community structure we found that: in accordance with the Sequence of coniferous forest, mixed coniferous forest, deciduous broad-leaved forest, evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest, the species composition is more abundant, the structures of mean diameter and height are both tend to be inverted "J" and the age structure tends to be stable state.2. From the spatial structure we found that: in accordance with above sequence,the average mingling intensity gradually increased, Species differentiation is more obvious and the distribution pattern of trees is more random distribution pattern.3. The order of the stability of the 4 forest types is evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest> deciduous forest> coniferous mixed forest> coniferous forest. Communities are closer to steady state.The three methods reached the same conclusion.4. Through studied of the influence of thinning on the growth and plant species diversity of Chinese fir plantation and Pinus massoniana plantation,it can be seen that thinning benefited the growth of forest. The individual volume and stands development are higher than that of the control group. Species were significantly higher than those of in the control plantations. |
