In this paper, from 1980 to 2006 in Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a platform for long-term experiment, with principal component analysis, time series analysis, multivariate stepwise regression model and projection pursuit evaluation model as means, analysis of long-term fertilization on soil fertility, long-term fertilization on crop yield effects of a comprehensive assessment of climatic factors and soil factors coupled quantitative impact on crop yields and different scenarios the best fertilizer to improve crop yields means. The results show that:1)The organic fertilizer could improve soil fertility, organic nitrogen fertilizer effects; Available phosphorus fertilization system are the biggest influence. In the soil fertility treatment, phosphate interannual variation (1980-2006).2)Of organic fertilizer with phosphorus fertilizer increased maize yield the best results, organic fertilizer with chemical fertilizer N application increased soybean yield the best.3)In different fertilizing modes, the greatest impact on maize yield in different elements. In the no fertilization treatment, potassium treatment, nitrogen and phosphorus processing, organic fertilizer with Potassium Fertilizer with the next, the biggest factor affecting the total nitrogen; in nitrogen with the next most influential factor for the whole potassium; in phosphate fertilizer processing, organic fertilizer nitrogen fertilizer treatment, organic fertilizer with nitrogen potash with the next most influential factor is the temperature in August; in nitrogen potash with the next most influential factor in May precipitation; in Phosphate and Potassium with the next most influential factor is potassium; in NPK fertilizer to the next The most influential factor is the annual precipitation; in the organic fertilizer treatment. The most influential factor is nitrogen; in the organic fertilizer with P fertilizer with the next most influential factor is available phosphorus; in the organic fertilizer with nitrogen fertilizer with the next most influential factor is the temperature in June; Phosphate and Potassium in the treatment of organic fertilizers Under the most influential factor is the rainfall in July; Phosphate and Potassium in the organic fertilizer with nitrogen application with the next most influential factor is precipitation in June.4)In the different climate scenarios, the best fertilizer to improve crop production systems are different. In the annual mean precipitation increased by 2% to 3% of the background, the best fertilizer to improve corn production system as an organic fertilizer with potassium fertilizer, to improve soybean production system as the best nitrogen fertilizer potash; in active accumulated temperature increase≥0℃accumulated temperature 312-504℃against the backdrop of increased corn production system as the best NPK fertilizer to improve soybean production system as the best fertilizer nitrogen and phosphorus; in average annual precipitation increase of 2% - 3%, ≥0℃accumulated temperature increase in the activities of 312-504℃context,Increase corn production system as the best fertilizer NPK fertilizer, the best fertilizer to improve soybean production system as the nitrogen and phosphorus.
