Phyllostachys edulis,which is most widely distributed in South China, has the largest amount and highest economic value among the bamboo species. It is accounts for about 70% in Bamboo forest area and the cultivated area has been increasing gradually these years. Earth's greenhouse effect already caused widespread concern around the world, correct evaluation the capacity of forest to fixation atmospheric CO2, the smaller scale of a region, a forest species of the carbon pools also becomes a very urgent. Phyllostachys edulis because of its fast growth, CO2 fixation ability, a powerful carbon sink function, alleviate the greenhouse effect in a certain extent and attracted much attention. Phyllostachys edulis forests (P.edulis pure forest, P.edulisand broad-leaved tree mixed stands and P.edulis and Cunninghamia lanceolata mixed forest)in Anfu, Jiangxi Province were studied by regarded Schima superba plantations,Cunninghamia lanceolata plantations and Abandoned land as contrasts. Field observations and laboratory analysis were used to research the carbon storage, soil labile organic carbon, nutrient stock in forest ecosystem. The results showed that:(1) The annual average fixed carbon content of vegetation layer in different types of stands, from big to small ,are patternâ…¡>â…¢>â… >â…¤>â…£>â…¥. In same place, the net increase of carbon in Phyllostachys edulis was larger than that of Cunninghamia lanceolata in 15 years; Phyllostachys edulis mixed with broad-leaved tree or Cunninghamia lanceolata can increase the annual fixed carbon content of vegetation layer, which played a more important role in carbon sequestration .The ratio of standing crop of carbon was the biggest in soil layer, less in tree layer, the least in litter layer in all different types of stands.(2) Phyllostachys edulis groves highest soil organic carbon storage was significantly higher than other vegetation types, indicating bamboo forest soil can be a lot of carbon dioxide sequestration and a large carbon pool.Phyllostachys edulis groves of bamboo carbon storage were 1.15 times, 1.23 times, 1.50 times, 1.16 times, 1.56 times those inâ…¡,â…¢,â…¤,â…£,â…¥. 0-20cm shallow soil carbon storage in soil carbon storage in the total ratio of greater than 40%, contributed significantly. Production activities on soil disturbance occurs mainly in the layer, therefore, management activities on soil carbon also have an enormous impact, which often determine the soil carbon pool in the role.(3) The content of organic carbon tested by different methods appeared variously, ROC >HWC > MBC, correlation analysis showed close correlation between the activity of organic carbon to reach a significant level. Phyllostachys edulis forests (â… ,â…¡,â…¢)soil organic carbon content more thanâ…¤,â…£,â…¥. Soil active organic carbon relatively high in Phyllostachys edulis, it could be highly efficient use by soil micro-organisms, less stable and easy conversion. Soil carbon management index in the order ofâ…¢>â… >â…¡>â…£>â…¤>â…¥. It showed that under high-intensity interference Phyllostachys edulis soil has a high carbon sequestration and make healthy direction after reasonable operation and management. The carbon management index combines the content of carbon pool index and soil liability index, and it can make more reasonable judgments and explanation about the change of soil carbon pool.(4) Different forest types of C/N is significance difference, the region average11~ 15. Analysis showed that forest soil organic carbon and total nitrogen were significantly correlated, significantly associated with organic carbon and nitrogen. The analysis shows that the soil organic carbon, microbial biomass total carbon, hot water extraction of organic carbon, easy oxidation carbon and soil nutrient factors into the most significant positive correlation, or extremely significant level. The quantity of soil organic matter that change is an important representation, which the soil fertility and the state of the environment, soil fertility.(5) Based on above Finding, Phyllostachys edulis in the forestation process, the configuration of mixed species better than pure forest, especially mixed with broad-leaved tree. It not only can improve the level of vegetation biomass and carbon sequestration capacity, but also enables the efficient sequestration of soil fertility, to positive direction. Carbon storage in soil layer is the largest proportion of ecosystem carbon storage, meanwhile, production activities on soil disturbance occurs mainly in the shallow layer. Therefore, in the management process, for example, forest weeding, cultivation, fertilization, harvesting, especially clear-cutting, which is especially important to protect the surface soil.
