The largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) is one kind of very high economic value fish in our country, at present Domestic and foreign scholars takes the largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) cultivation and the biology technology research. Breed the amplification of dimensions as largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides), Epidemic disease's occurrence is frequent, perch's cultivation production brings the huge economic loss for largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides).Tissue and blood of largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) which was infected by Aeromonas hydrophila were collected. Detecting blood biochemical parameters showed that blood indexes as well as serum enzymes, such as alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) of infected fish all have significant changes by Aeromonas hydrophila infection. The liver, kidney, muscle and other important tissues of infected fish have pathological changes. Use formalin inactivation of moisture form afterbirth fungus inactivated vaccine in soaking and intraperitoneal injection of largemouth bass, through the way immune to examine each biochemical indicators of largemouth bass joint vaccine immune effect. Results showed that the vaccine immunization can significantly improve after largemouth bass of antibody level, show the vaccine strains of moisture can have good prevention effect. Through the half quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and the method of quantitative polymerase chain reaction (Q-PCR) that Hepcidin-1 and Hepcidin-2 not the poison attack genes in immune group and control group, each time point two groups of expression is not obvious changes. But after the poison attack, Hepcidin-1 and Hepcidin-2 expression of genes are high in the liver tissue, but the expression of the quantity than not immune to control and other tissues immune attack group after the poison of gene expression changes not significant.
