V.adenoclona Hand.-Mazz. is one of the unique wild grape idioplasm resources in Chinese, distributing widely. This paper mainly studies several kinds of grape to Sphaceloma ampelimun de Bary and Grape downy mildew resistance and carries on the appraisal, compared V.adenoclona Hand.-Mazz. resistant, For further reveal to Sphaceloma ampelimun de Bary and Grape downy mildew resistance mechanism and provid theoretical basis for developing resistance breeding. At the same time the Sphaceloma ampelimun de Bary pathogen separately purification and Grape downy mildew pathogen identify detection have been researched and analysised. Thus two kinds of disease pathogens have carried on preliminary evaluation and resistance identification. This article uses the Sphaceloma ampelimun de Bary disease fungus which have separated and appraised, and Grape downy mildew germ fluid which have already sick leaves. Five grape varieties which provides from Hunan agricultural college grape teaching base have carried on the resistant vaccination experiment.The test result indicated that:in supplies to try in grape varieties, the Hairy grape has not displayed the feeling sickness symptom in all vaccination experiment, to Sphaceloma ampelimun de Bary and Grape downy mildew's resistant. But V.adenoclona Hand.-Mazz is strong to two kind of plant disease's resistances; the Spine Grape has resisted grape bird's eye rot, does not resist downy mildew; Hutai 8 grape is to downy mildew's resistant, not anti-grape bird's eye rot; Red Globe Grape both does not disease-resistant to two kind of plant diseases, susceptibility to disease of the grapes.Simultaneously has discussed V.adenoclona Hand.-Mazz. to Sphaceloma ampelimun de Bary and downy mildew's resistance. It includes the soluble protein content, the soluble sugar content, the superoxide dismutase enzyme activity and the peroxide enzyme activity of the four biochemistry target change in grape sickness leaves. The test result is as follows:1. In resists downy mildew's biochemistry target research, passes gradually along with the morbidity time, in the grape leaves the soluble protein, the soluble sugar content drop gradually, but the superoxide dismutase enzyme activity assumes the trend of escalation.2. In the Sphaceloma ampelimun de Bary's biochemistry target research, passes gradually along with the morbidity time, in the grape leaves the soluble sugar content rises gradually, but the superoxide dismutase and peroxide enzyme's activeness assumes rises first, drops.
