Determination Of The Finance Maturity Of Maoershan Mongolian Scots Pine Plantation

With the establishment and development of the socialist market economy, the economic benefits of forest management and the forest finance maturity become more and more important.. Because the forestry is an essential resource for human's living and producing. How to exhaust less input to get more output with limited land resources, and get the maximum economic benefits is an important issue that must be solved in forest managementMongolian Scots pine is the main tree species of the Three North Shelterbelt in our western province, Mongolian Scots pine seedlings bags is widely used to combat a drought, and achieved better results in Three North project and sand-fixing works in our province. Therefore, this paper using Maoershan Mongolian Scots pine plantation as the study object, determining its finance maturity to provide a scientific basis and guidance for Maoershan Mongolian Scots pine plantation's management and utilization. In this paper, to meet sustainable forest management and to consider the time value of money, we use NPV to calculate the finance maturity of Maoershan Mongolian Scots pine plantation.Because forest finance maturity is constrained by its own growth pattern, and it is affected by the economic laws. Determination of finance maturity must be analyzed its own growth pattern and plant main measurement factors(such as age, DBH, tree height, stand volume, the volume of such materials, and site quality, planting density operating conditions, etc.)model system compatibility. This paper is used status index, plant density of stocking index and plant growth and harvest model, plant sectionalarea growth estimate model, plant stock volume estimate model. According to the existing resource data, this paper is established kinds of growth and harvest model. Fitting DBH and tree height of Maoershan Mongolian Scots pine, also get kinds of plant timber outturn. So we can get the timber sales of Maoershan Mongolian Scots pine. This article is selected some common calculation of finance maturity indicators. This article from the perspective of net present value method, introduced some advantage of net present value. Using NPV method is with full consideration of all future costs, income and interest, taking into account the tree growth pattern and market price. And this paper can be explained at what time will be the max cutting income for investors. Then compare this method and other finance maturity situation which-is calculated by other common finance index, obtained that the NPV method can estimate the forest finance maturity more accurately.This paper analyzed the impact of the finance maturity of Maoershan Mongolian Scots pine plantation by different site types. And from the forest growth pattern, what impact on the finance maturity of Maoershan Mongolian Scots pine plantation, and investigated the impact on the finance maturity of Maoershan Mongolian Scots pine plantation by external finance index including timber price, costs, interest rate changes.
