The restoration and reconstruction of degraded ecosystem has become one of the focused problems of modern ecology. Therefore, this paper took the soil during degraded Karst vegetation restoration of Ecological Synthesis Control demonstrated Area in Huajiang Karst plateau of Guizhou as research object. We took the dominant species for the study in their rhizosphere niche, which were from different vegetation restoration of degraded Karst: the bare stage, the grass stage, the shrub stage and the forest stage. Using biochemical experiments and some mathematical analysis methods, community diversity, the representative characteristics of fine roots, soil chemical properties, soil enzyme activity and VA mycorrhizal infection rate had been studied a number of indicators. The main research results are as follows:1) With the natural succession proceeds in degraded Karst area, the diversity of vegetation communities increasing and the forest community structure stabilizing, which made the improving effect on the environment increased eco-efficiency increases.2) In the process of vegetation restoration, with the ongoing succession period as the indicators of fine roots of the dominant plant species, showing a steady upward trend which showed that forest communities was the highest. There were significant indicators of relevance among the roots.3) With the positive succession proceeds, soil nutrient content was gradually increased. Soil biological activity gradually strengthening .It showed a strong rhizosphere effect. There was a significant relationship between the soil enzymes activity and the soil chemical properties.4) The infection of VA mycorrhiza could enhance the vitality of plant roots, soil enzyme activity and increase the supplying of soil fertility and soil moisture absorption, which especially having a remarkable results in the promotion of available phosphorus in soil phosphorus. The rate of VA mycorrhiza infection and the content of AMF spores in soil had significant positive correlation.5) The plant rhizosphere is a whole complex organic in the process of vegetation restoration of degraded Karst,which affected by the interaction of multiple factors.There was a strong correlation between the diversity of plant roots, soil chemical properties , soil enzyme activities in rhizosphere and the rate of VA mycorrhiza infection .
