The experiment studied the effect of the Humulus Scandens extractive on biochemical indicator and humoral immunity of blood in lamb. The experiment utilized the orthogonal design to measure the optimizing extraction technology condition for flavonoids from Humulus scandens (Lour.) Merr. and to decide the matching relation of the extractum and adjuvant ,and utilized the UV spectrophotometer to mensuration the content of the total flavonoids of extractum and used the reference method to measured the in corpore pharmacodynamic action of the extractive.Partâ… The investigation of the extrac technology and the extractive palletize condition of the Humulus Scandens.Using the orthogonal design to measure the optimizing extraction technology condition for flavonoids from Humulus scandens and for the target of the content total flavonoids of powdered extract , according to checkout the hydroscopicity and the content of total flavonoids for target to decide the ratio matched with amylum maydis. The result indicated that the effect significant (p<0.01) of the dosage liquor ratio and the concentration of spirit of wine, and the result attested the optimum extraction conditions are extracting with material and solvent ratio 1 :18 for 1 hour in water bath for 2 times, and the volume fraction of spirit of wine is 65%,and the best match is extractum and adjuvant ratio 1:1 and the content of total flavonoids of pelletization is 6.33%.Partâ…¡The effect of extract of Humulus Scandens on bacteriostasis and immunological function in vivo.Adopting the confrontation method, in order to induce Mouse diarrhea,used the E.coli Liquid to conteracting toxic substances with intraperitoneal injection method, observed the effect of the extract of Humulus scandens. The result showed that the midst and high dose of medication administration team have distinguish depressant effect for E.coli in vivo (p<0.01).Adopting the confrontation method to measure the effect of extractive of Humulus scandens to the small intestinal motility of Mouse. The result showed that the medication administration team could significant to restrain the facilitation ratio of Small intestinal (p<0.05).Using the immune organ weighting method, carbon particle clearance method and heamolysin mensuration method to investigated the effect of immunological function of extractive of Humulus scandens to healthy Mouse. The result showed that added the 250mg/kg,500mg/kg and 750mg/kg extractum of Humulus scandens in animal feeds (each equivalently 1.175g,2.35g and 3.53g crude drug),could increased the thymus weight of Mouse, but no-significant diference. Used the CRBC (chicken red blood cell) to immunize, the medication administration team could increased the antibody of anti-CRBC (heamolysin IgM), medication administration team compared with control group, could increased the englobement function of mononuclear phagocyte, but among of the medication administration team have no-significant.Partâ…¢The effect of extractive of Humulus scandens on biochemical indicator and humoral immunity of blood in lambIn order to study and research the effect of extractive of Humulus scandens to the lambs'growth, blood biochemical indicator and humoral immunity target, selected 32 lambs (female and male combining), using the confrontation method, according to different quantity (0g/kg,5g/kg,7.5g/kg,10g/kg) to divided the lambs for control group and test group. The result showed that the low-dose group and midst-dose group could improved the lambs'definite growth rate and the low-dose group could improved the forage transformation efficiency, but compared with the control group no-significant, and the effect of high dose group inferior to control group. Compared with control group, the blood sugar level of midst-dose group to cut down, the low-dose group and high dose group have the step up tendency, the content of BUN of test group have step up tendency, the content of cholesterol and triglveride to lower, but there is no-significant(p>0.05).Compared with control group, the level of IgA of low-dose group and midst-dose group changed with one accord, and to achieved the maxlmum in second week, and the level of IgA is higher than control group and high dose group(p<0.01), but there is no-significant in low-dose group and midst-dose group. The high dose group is lower than control group(p<0.01) and the level of IgA is downtrend to followed the horary lapse. The level of IgG and IgM of low-dose group and midst-dose group changed identical to followed the horary lapse, and there is significant (p<0.01)to compared with control group and high dose group, and both to achieved the maxlmum in second week. The specific value of ALB/GLOB changed to make clear that the immunity of low-dose group and midst-dose group is higher than control group and high dose group, this is consistent with the consequence of the IgG and IgM.
