Objective. To study the expression and function of HSP7O induced by heat shock response and cliuanxiongqin(CXQ) in the ischemic kidney and renal ischemia-reperfusion model, explore the possibility of inducing HSP7O by some medicine, LVI et hod s. I. N4ature male Wistar rats were stochasticalally divided into heat shock response group, control group, CXQ group and T-ISR+CXQ group, each grc~up was given relevant stress conditions, 2. The immunohistochemical method was used to measure the expression of HSP7O at different time post renal ischernia. 3. To observe the cell trauma and tissue damage by using transmission electron microscope and hematoxylin-eosin staining (H&E staining). 4. Establish a renal ischemia-reperfusion model and examine the activity of superoxide disrnutase (SOD) and nialondaildehyde (MDA) in the kidney after ischemia-reperfusion injury. Res tilts. 1. In nornial conditions, a small quantity oEHSP7O was detected in kidney of rat. After heat shock response, the expression of HSP7O increased remarkably. ---4--- 2.CXQ can induce the expression of I-[SP7O and enhance the induction for 1l8P7() by [ISR and kidney ischetnia. 3.Within the 60 minutes post kidney ischemia, the expression of 1-ISP7O will increase according to the time. 4 The degree of kidney injury in the group of pretreatment by heat shock response is milder than that in the control group. 5 There was obvious difference about the activity of SOD and MDA between the control group and the heat shock response group. Coitclttsion. Both the l)Ietreat1ne~~t by heat shock response and CXQ can induce the expression of flSP7O and enhance this expression in the ischernic kidney. The HSP7O plays a protective role in the kidney ischemia and ischemia- reperfusion injury.
