Transmyocardial laser revascularization (IMLR) is a newly developed treatment for those who nor adapted for coronary bypass graft or percutaneous translunuinal coronary angioplasty.Althrough TMLR can relieve patients with angina pectoris and improve blood circulation for those ischemic myocardia,but its mechanism is still not clearly.Recently ,more and more results of studies present TMLR may induce angiogenesis.In our study,TMLR in acute myocardial ischemia in dog ,to determine changement of VEGF and bFGF in plasma and changement of vascular density.Methods:The 20 dogs were randomly divided into 2 groups,ten dogs served as control,ten dogs an TMLR groups.After operation 3 days. 1. 2. 4and Sweeks,to observe change of VEGF and bPGF in plasma with ELISA and change of density. Result: (1)After TMLR,blood spurt or put forth from vent of the channels.There were no difference of colour and contract in control and TMLR area.3 dogs died after TMLR 4 hours,2 dogs died 6 hours after operation in TMLR groups,1 dogs died after TMLR 46 hours .Among 20,19 dogs appear arrhythm and S-T go up or descend,T wave go up follow descend or QS wave.2)anount of VEGF in control and TMLR group was gradually rise in plasma.the peak 2weeks after operation,1..2 and 4 weeks in TMLR was striking high compared controL Amount of bFGF in control and TMLR group was at peak,land2 weeks were striking high compared...
