The expression of MDRL and MRP in 48 wax specimens, including 32 patients of primary bladder transitonal cell carcinoma and 16 case of recurrent bladder cancer , who accepted surgery in this hospital were studied using immuno-cbemical method. We analysed the relationship of drug-resistant mechanism and the malignant behavior of the bladder transitional cell carcinoma , such as stage , grade and recurrent from molecular level Then the primary cell culture and the drug sensitive test were done to study how to conquer the drug-resistant of bladder caner, design the rational program from clinical view . The result are as follows: 1: The positive expression of MDR1 in primary and recurrent bladder transitonal cell carcinoma group were 47% and 68.7% .
