The Clinical Study Of Multiple Factors In Sleep Apnea Syndrome

Objective:To explore the correlation between SAS and blood pressure ,blood glocose, haemoglobin, memory; And evaluate the diagnostic value for combined analysis of clinical symptoms.Methods:The blood pressure was measured for all patients diagnosed by polysomnography(PSG).The blood glocose, haemoglobin, memory quotient(MQ) were determined in some patients.The value of blood pressure , blood glocose, haemoglobin, and MQ were compared with control respectively.The correlations were analysed between the value and sleeping parameters(AHI,ODI, SaO2~~)Results: 1 .The levels of blood pressure in SAS patients were markedly higher than that in control and were correlated well with sleeping parameters. 2.The levels of blood glocose, haemoglobin were notably higher than that in control. The parameters were correlated significantly with haemoglobin ,but not correlated with blood glocose. 3.The levels of MQ in SAS patients were decreased compare to control. There were a positive relation between MQ and SaO2..min and a negative relation between MQ and AHI.4.There were a good sensitivity and a higher specificity for SAS diagnosis when these above factors were analysed together.Conclusion: There were significant correlations between SAS and hypertension, increasing blood glocose, increasing haemoglobin, decreasing memory.
