Objective; To investigate the change of renal function,pathomophology and interstitial DC in five times following HS-RRI and effect of Tan II A in rats. Methods: Sprague-Dawley Rats were studied in the experiment, which included eleven groups of control, shock, 3h,6h,12h,24h,48h after resuscitation, large,middle, small dose of Tan II A and PEG400. The left carotid artery was bled, and the MAP was maintained at 40 mmHg for 3h, subsequently the rats were resuscitated with all shed blood and one time of saline, then its were observed that was the change of BUN,5Cr,Urine volume.. pathomorphology and DC at all groups of resuscitation, and that was the effect of large middle, small dose of Tan II A by intraperitoneal injection. The difference was analysed between Tan II A and the groups of resuscitation. Results: Rat?shed blood was 60.42% of all blood at the end of HS. The BUN value of the 3h,6h and the 5Cr value of the 3h were higher than the others groups after resuscitation, but shorter than the HS, and they would resume normal in the 12h or 6b; the longer in time of resuscitation, the more in urine volume, and the difference of groups was prominence. Renal pathomorphologic change of the 24h was severest among the groups of reperfhtion, but lighter than the shock, and the 48h had been got right. DC of the groups was so, except the shock, which was shortest; and DC was correlate with pathomorphology. The Tan II A could depress BUN,5Cr, and improve renal pathomorphology, and adjust DC, which was correlate with pathomorphology, the small dose was better than the other two groups; but it might not afict urine volume. Conclusion: The renal function in the 3h was highest among the groups of resuscitation, and the renal pathomorphology, DC in the 24h too; DC actived induced the resuscitation injury. Tan II A could improve renal function,pathomorphology and DC, the small dose was best; that Tan II A adjusted the immune of DC was the reason of its function.
