Kinds of fungal elicitors and the supplement of nutritions had been exerted in the suspension culture of Papctver nudicaule. Either the culture of cells or the yields of alkaloid have been researched. The accumulation of nudicauline and ainurensinine has been stimulated by the elicitor of Armi/laria me/lea, but the concentration of total alkaloid (ADCA) has been decreased. Forthermore, the biomass of suspension cell and the yield of alkaloid can be accelerated after the supplement of nutrition in the middle or late phase of the growth cycle. The highest level of total alkaloid (345.33mg/i) has been obtained when nutritious materials has been replenished in the WP medium. It has been showed that 4% sucrose was most favorable to the yield of total alkaloid by the result of the study of the carbonic source. The research of the original pH value of medium shows that the biomass of suspension cell get the fastest growth at pH5.7 in the medium, and get the highest yield of total alkaloid at pH5.4. It hasTHESIS FOR MASTER DEGREE ABSTRACTbeen showed that the content of total alkaloid in the massive cultivation method with the 7.46 time increased biomass exceeded that in the solid cultivation through the primary exploration. The amount of nudicauline in the cell by suspension culture was 0.0041% and the amuresinine was 0.0 125%, accounted for 41.0% and 27.2% of which in the original plant (which were 0.010% and 0.0262%) by means of HPLC.
