RESEARCH INTO THE POSTSPLENECTOMYHYPERCOAGULATION OF THE RAT CIRRHOSISAND PORTAL HYPERTENSION MODELABSTRACTt Objective l To investigate an alteration of the bloodcoagulation of the rat cirrhosis and portal hypertension modelafter splenectomy; to discuss the postsplenectomy inclination toportal system thrombosis, and to provide basis for the preventionand treatment of the portal system thrombosis in those cirrhosisand portaI hypertension patient after spIenectomy.[ Methods l The rat cirrhosis and portal hypertensionmodel was made by CCl4. Group N(n=l3) were normal rats, group P(n=12) were cirrhosis and portal hypertension rats, theboth group, were undertaken no surgery to get the control bloodparameter; Group a(n=l2), b(n=12), c(n=8), d(n=8) were cirrhosisand portal hypertension rats and were undertaken partlyomentectomy, then their blood samples were collected on the 3rd,7th, 14th and 21st day after surgery; Group A(n=1l), B(n=l0),C(=8), D(n=9) were also cirrhosis and portal hypertension rats butwere undertaken splenectomy, and their blood samples were alsoon the 3rd, 7th, l4th and 21st day after surgery. The blood indicesinclude RBC, WBC, PLT, PAgT, GMP-l40, Fib, KPPT, PT, AT-- III,PLG, PL: a, D-D.[ ResuIt ] ln splenectomy group, statistically significantincrease were observed in RBC, WBC, PLT, GMP-l40, PL:a, D-Dthough WBC and PL:a showed no significant increase when3comparing with the partly omentectomy group; While Fib, ATIII, PLG decreased significantly and KPPT, PT prolonged significantly after splenectomy, but showed no significant alteration when comparing with the partly omentectomy group.[Conclusions] ㏕he highly increased D-D proved that there is a persist hypercoagulation state after splenectomy. ?The reason was deemed to be the significant increase in platelets quantity and activity and WBV(whole blood viscosity). 甆o significant increase was found in the coagulation parameter and no significant J~crease was found in the anticoagulation parameter or fibrinolysis parameter...
