To Study The Clinical Analysis And Treatment Method Of Mutiple Level Lumbar Disci Herniation

TO STUDY THE CLINICAL ANALYSIS ANDTREATMENT METHOD OF MUTIPLE LEVELLUMBAR DISCI HERNIATIONAbs tractObjective:Analysis from January 1990 To December 1 999.The clynical characteristics and all operation methods for the multiple level lumbar disci hemiation cases (MLDH).The patients were followed and giver the best treatment method.Methods: Clinical features and radiographical findings were analyzed in 55 cases. Effectivity of different operation methods evaluated.Results: 1-Where clinical localization was consistent, radiograph findings, multiple fenestration by crept enlargement showed the best results. 2-where clinical localization was not clear. But localization was best on radiographic findings, limited decompression surgery had the better effect. .3-When whole laminectomy treatment methods of central or lateral MLDH is used there is post operative sequelae 3-Syears later of lumbar instablity 15% and lower lumbar pains syndrome 35%.Conclusion:Limited decompression by crept enlargement method is the first chosen treatment method of MLDH.
