This study assesses the hemodynantics consequence and analyzes the histology associated the anastomotic clip made of Nit inol. The clip was placed in carotid arteries of 10 rabbits and end to end anastomosis was performed. In other 10 rabbits served as control group, traditional suturing end to end anastomosis were performed.TA (time for anastomosis) and success ratio were statistitcated. Using ultrasonic Doppler techniques, the hemodynajnic indexes of Vii (mean blood velocity), P1 (pulsatility index) and RI (resistance index) were measured at the 24-hour, 9-day, 3-week and 1-month postoperative intervals. Spec uments were harvested at the 24-hour, 1-week, 2-week and 1-month postoperative intervals and were analyzed using lightScanning electron and transmission electron microscopy. The results of this experimental study indicated that the TA of small vessels with Nitinol clip is less than that of with suturing. The heotodynamic consequences of it are better and the early reparative process proceeds favarably, by the histological criteria after vessels repair with the Nitinol clip.
