Studies On Season Variation Of The Effective Constituents Of Stems And Leaves Of Vaccinium Vitis-idaea L.grown Wildly

Yue Ju is originated from the small shrubs of Vacciniurn Vitis-idaea. Its stems and leaves have diuresis, anti-inflammatory and detoxic effects. It's used clinically to cure the acute, and chronic respiratory tract infection diseases.In this paper the contents of Arbutin and Hyperoside in sterns and leaves of Vaccinium Vitis collected in different seasons from different areas have been analyzed by HPLC. By comparing the contents of the two constituents, the author found that the contents are highest on October from Mehe, and on September from Tahe, on September from Xinlin, on October from Songling~ on September from Amuer . By comparing contents of the two constituents collected in the same season from different areas and analyzing geographical conditions of different areas, the author found that the contents of effective constituent from Amuer are higher than other areas, and altitude and latitude have obvious effect on the contents of effective constituents.
