It was stipulated by artificial heart valve national standard and international standard that before artificial heart valve was replanted in body, it' s parameter about hemodynamics must been tested with Simulation System of Artificial Heart Valve Pulsatile Flow. And after it was experimented in animal , it was allowed to replant in human body.In this paper, it analyses how to real-time acquire .. real-time display, -> digital filter and process data which are from simulation system of artificial heart valve pulsatile flow, and how to control system in Win98. Software by developed will provide parameter and wave to identify quality of artificial heart valve. To analysis physiology signal from much point of view, Visual C++ was used as development language to develop interface. And VtoolsD toolkit was used to develop data acquisition visual device driver in win98. The programs were developed to create motion curve of the ventricle in win98 and motion curve was sent by double timer to approximate ventricle motion of simulation system with human. Digital filter was used to limit noises signal in pressure and flux signal. And It was found thatthe best means to filter was middle smoothness filter. The software was developed using the design way of object-oriented, so it be provided with inheritibility and compatibility. At last six type valve from china and USA was experimented, and it provided result of identify quality . Moreover stability and repetitiblity of system was tested, and error of system was analyzed .Concluded from the experimental study, simulation system and software can finish test of hemodynamics parameter of heart blood vessel system and artificial heart valve dynamic data , and procession of data, and identify quality of artificial heart valve. It' sprecision is very well. It is provided that very well environment and condition of experimentation to research artificial heart valve.
