The meridian theory is the theoretical core of traditional Chinese Medicine and the guideline of the clinical operation. Therefore, it is an important task for researchers to find out the background of the acupuncture meridian system in the view of the modern science. Professor Zhang put forward the theory of "standing wave superposition", which explains the background of acupuncture meridians as an interference pattern of electromagnetic standing waves. At the same time, professor Zhang indicated that the "coherent state" also exists in the living systems, that the coherence is the basic character of all the material waves. The log-normal distribution of physiological parameters is one of phenomena of the coherent state.Throughout the history, all the medical operators pay much attention to the operation and application of acupuncture manipulation. According to their clinical practice, they create more than one hundred operations differentiated by the rule of " Bu Xie". Thus there comes the divergence. In order to do some contributions to the clear of the divergence, we design this experiment.Based on the theories above, equipped with the computer and SAM instrument, we examine the influence of different acupuncture manipulations on the degree of coherence in human bodies. The results show that: acupuncture manipulation canenhance the therapeutic effect; there is no obvious difference between the operation of "turn left" and "turn right", so do the operation of "put up " and "put down"; though there is no obvious difference among the different operations in quantity, there seems to be some difference in direction.
