β-TCP porous ceramics, as a system among bone-defects repairing materials, have immeasurable advantage compared with the other biomaterials. But at the same time, the preparing process and osteogenetic process of this kind of material are very complicated, and to the material's Ca, P comparison and micro-construction is expected extremely high. Physics function with its micro-construction were effected largely because of the preparing processes were different, which ulteriorly result in its difference in the changes in biochemistry. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to look for a suitable preparing process for 3 - TCP with their micro-construction controlled more easily and the porosity rate and strength uniform. This paper created a new preparing method of porous ceramics, i.e. foam gel-casting technique, which integrated foam technique in porous ceramics preparing and gel-casting technique in structural ceramics preparing was applied to improve the preparing technique of porous P-TCP bioceramics in order to prepare ceramics bodies with high body intensity, controllable porosity and easily machining performance.Meanwhile, the research to degradation and ossification process of β-TCP ceramics under the living creature environment is still be placed in the quest stage. This paper will concentrate on such problem, and probe the osteogenetic process in the region which porous P-TCP bioceramics were implanted in vivo. The method was making bone lacuna artificially in rabbits' condyles, and implanting home-made porous p-TCP. Then a serial of rabbits were killed every month and condyles, including material, were taken out. By force of the histological analysis measures such as HE, TBS and TDL, an in-depth study went along with P -TCP, the new-born and the interface between the materials and the new-born in the implanted region, we may attempt to ascertain the osteogenetic process of new bone when porous P-TCP bioceramics repairing bone defects.
