Object:Develop compound preparation of Yi Shen Decompression Granule.Method: Adopt orthogonal experimental design to optimize the extraction process of Chinese taxillus twig and korean epimedium herb . With ferulic acid content for indicatrix, drawn out the ethanol extracted technics of szechwan lovge rhizome. With total solid matters and berberine content for indicatrix , examined in the abstraction condition of coptis and mongolian milkvetch. Adopt spray drying technics to make preparation. Adopt HPLC method to measure the content of icariine in the preparation. Established the quality standard. Examine the stability of preparation. And have done some pharmacodynamics research. Result: The most proper extraction condition for coptis and mongolian milkvetch is using 18 times water to decocte the herbs for 2 times, Each time for 1.5h. Chinese taxillus twig and korean epimedium herb with 60% ethanol circumfluence to abstract twice. Add ethanol for 12 times, 7 times inspecively. Abstraction hour separate for 2h, 1.5h. Adopt spray-drying process to prepare dry extract powder, the ratio of dry extract powder and dextrin is about 3:1, proteoglycan 3.5%, dry process to pelletize. Using HPLC to detect the content of icariine in the preparation. Pharmacodynamics experimental result indicate that the preparation has favorable cure effect on the middle and old-age hypertension. Conclusion: The technics and methodical control of quality of Yi Shen decompression granules are convenient and feasible,stable and credible. Pharmacodynamics experiment supply experiment foundation for clinical application.
