In the recent years,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) is widely paid attention by mediacal field in the world,and it has already been one of the important ways for hypertention diagnose and cure. The study in this thesis includies method research on ABPM's key technology,development of ABPM system,clinical experiment research on ABPM .For the requirement of ABPM's low power dissipation,pocket size and 24h ambulatory mornitoring,the paper first put forward and accomplished a new method:charging self-adaption blood pressure measurement method (CSBPM). It is the key technology on ABPM. Compared with tranditional oscillometric deflation blood pressure measurement method (DBPM),the CSBPM have the much lower power dissipation,smaller volume and better individual adaptability. At the same time it can improve effectively measurement precision and antijam ability. The CSBPM is the major innovation in this thesis,it has not reported in the published literature (Already applied Chinese invention patents).Based on the CSBPM,we developed ABPM experiment prototype. It provided graphic LCD display and full Chinese menu,and accomplished multimode,multipaient and large capacity memory manage system. The ABPM experiment prototype is proved to satisfy the clinical diagnose and 24h ambutory monitoring. In addtion,we designed an ABPM software analyze system. It accomplished network database manage for ambulatory blood pressure,commuication between ABPM instrument and PC,and provided ambulatory blood pressure data analyse,statistics,clinic report and print functions.Based on our ABPM system,we did clinical experiment research. First,by comparing with mercury sphygmomanometer,the results of 35 stochastic individuals showed our ABPM's precision reached AAMI's criterion and BHS's criterion. And then,we did 24h ABPM clinicalexperiment of normal person and hypertension patients,and analyzed the experiment results. It has been proved that the ABPM system can satisfy the clinical ABPM's demand.
