Series Of Study On Effect Evaluation Of Health Change And Health Policy Of Peasant In ZongYang Of AnHui Province In New Era

In the support of effect evaluation of health change and study of health policy of peasant in ZongYang of AnHui province,the study of investigation of health service demand and utilization in the area was implemented. Through comparison health service demand and utilization of rural resident in 2001 with the area's investigation data in 1993 and the data of nation health service investigation in 1998,analysis improvement status of rural peasant's health service demand and utilization,major change trend and degree,change status of major influence factors,with the eight-year reform and opening,the changing of policy and the improvement of people living standard,especially health reform. By using the method of comparison in length and breadth,the paper studied the effect of peasant's health service situation in ZongYang countryside. The results are as follows:though there is large health service demand in ZongYang rural,health situation doesn't deserve optimism,and medical demand isn't similar to different crowd. Additionally,the disease variety also changes a little. The character of medical service utilization include as follows:compared with investigation of 1993,utilization for peasant's medical service has increased,but it's still lower than nation rural average lever. It also has crowd character obviously at the same time,and three-tier medical network still strengthen. Through the analysis of peasant's medical expend,we find that economy burden of disease is still large. Whether diagnosis expend of two-week morbidity and chronic morbidity or inhospitation expend also open out it. On the basis of analysis of peasant's health service condition in ZongYang,we bring forward some advices:l.To establish the system of rural community health service. 2.To Ensure health service demands of different crowd,especially woman,child and senior citizen. 3. To adapt to the trend of disease variety,and to strengthen disease control and preventive medicine. 4.To strengthen countryside and village health organization construction,and to promote countryside and village integration of health service management. 5.To improve peasant's availability of health service,and to alleviate peasant economy burden. 6.To further multi-formal health insurance system,the main body of which is CMS,to exploit peasant's potential health demands,and to guide peasant to increase health consumption.
