Objective Recent years, many researchs showed that CD62p is a kind of adhesion molecule, which played an important role in cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury, cerebral thrombosis and inflammatory reaction, however, the relation of the changes of plasma CD62p in cerebral infarction with its severity recovery and platelet parameter does not be reported both at abroad and home. The research deeply studied the role of CD62p playing in cerebral infarction by studying the change of plasma CD62p in the patients with acute cerebral infarction, and the relation between the change of the level of CD62p with its severity and recovery, and provide the clue for the precaution and treatment of cerebral infarction and laboratory.Methods The levels of plasma CD62p were measured by ELISA in 60 patients at 48 hours, at 6-Sdays and at 15 days after ischemia, at the same time, evulated neurological function deficiency score, Computed tomography (CT) was performed at 48 hours, and recorded infarct volume and infarct location and also measured blood routine and platelet parameters (MPV, PltJPDW). The levels of plasma CD62p measured in 30 patients with cerebral hemorrhage (CH group) and 22 healthy persons mating cerebral infarction group in sex and ages.Result 1 >, The levels of plasma CD62p were obvious increased (P< 0.01), compared with CH group and the healthy controls, the levels ofplasma CD62p in CH group were higher than the healthy controls, thelevels of plasma CD&P had higher levels (P < 0.01) in the medium andinthe severe SSS patients.3> The levels of plasma CD62p in CI group at 48 hours postischemic were higher than at 6-8 days and at 15 days, the difference were obvious (P < 0.01); with the levels of plasma CD62p decreasing, SSS also decreased. 4> With the level of plasma CD62p increasing, MPV, PDW in CI group were also increased. 5 > The levls of plasma in different infarct location in cerebral infarct patients were not obvious difference (P>0.05); In different infarct volumes grouCD62p, the levels of plasma CD62P in the biggest infarct group were higher than the medium and the small grouCD62p, the difference is obvious (P < 0.01).Conclusion The levels of plasma CD62p were increased in a high level in the acute cerebral infarction patients, and correlated with the SSS, MPV, PDW and the total of peripheral leukocytes, and certain correlated with the infarct volume, and were not correlated with the infarct location. The research showed that plasma maybe participated in cerebral ischemic reperfusion, thrombosis and inflammatory, and play a crucial role in cerebral infarction, and indicate the severity of the disease, and help assess recovery, as well as can be used as a direction of therapy.
