The Clinical Study On Treating Sick Sinus Syndrome With Soup Of Wen Tong Sheng Mai

Sick sinus syndrome (SSS) is a commonly disease of middle and old age. It is a clinical syndrome caused by many disease .The pathology changes of SSS are denaturalization, fibrosis, fattiness, retrogressive harden, amyloidosis, calcify of sinus and tissues around it ,which result in dysfunctional of pacing impulse or conduction. Countries all over the world think highly of the research prevention and the care of SSS. The thesis summarizes present situation study about SSS from modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.In modern medicine, through a large quantity of experimental and clinical studies about pathology of SSS, medical experts raise some mechanism and produce some relevant medicine which proved eutherapeutic.In traditional Chinese medicine, SSS belongs to " obstruction of qi in the chest" , "heart-throb" , "continuous palpitation" , "asthenic disease" , "infrequent pulse" .Doctors of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment SSS on the basis of an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition and pursued to its root. In clinical, traditional Chinese medicine has its distinctive advantage.Soup of Wen Tong Sheng Mai is prescription of treating SSS, it is achieved by the research of Prof. Li Yan. It gets obvious curative effect in treating SSS. After treatment, clinical syndrome, electrocardiogram, SNRT, SACT have evident changes compare with beginning, especially in raising heart rate and resume physical situation. The research findings of this thesis will contribute to the treatment of SSS and the resume of patients.
