| Oral is a complex biochemical and electric-chemical environment. The metal material used in oral must be with good anticorrosive property. The magnetic attachment has been used for many years. The important characters for successful using in oral are of anticorrosive and anti-abrasion properties of magnetic attachment.In recent years, with the development of technology of surface film, for example chemical vapor deposition (CVD), physical chemical vapor deposition (PVD), physical chemical vapor deposition (PCVD), laser chemical vapor deposition (LCVD), ion plate (IP) and ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD), the TiN nanometer film with high hardness, good anticorrosive and anti-abrasion properties is wildly used now.In our experiment TiN film was obtained by IBAD technology on magnetic force of FeCrMo soft magnetic alloy, in order to improve some physical and chemical properties. The magnetic force, anticorrosive property and micro hardness of the FeCrMo soft magnetic alloy after and before treatment were measured. The methods and results were showed as follows:l.The adhesive strength between TiN nanometer film by IBAD and substrate of FeCrMo alloy was from 65N to 75N. The strength is enough for experiment and using in clinic.2.The magnetic force of the FeCrMo soft magnetic alloy after treated was measured by Instron instrument, and the result was compared with the FeCrMo alloy that without TiN film. The magnetic force of the four groups with and without TiN films badly no statistic difference. TiN film obtained by EBAD technology has no effect on magnetic force of FeCrMo soft magnetic.3.An advanced electro-chemical method was used to measure the electric potential of corrosion (Ecorr), polarization resistance (RP), potential dynamic polarization curve of FeCrMo soft magnetic alloy in simulated oral environment, and the result was compared with the FeCrMo alloy that without TiN film. Comparing with the alloy that without surface modified, The Ecorr and RP and polarization curve of FeCrMo soft magnetic alloy were obviously higher, and the Icorr and CR were obviously lower. The anticorrosive property of the dental FeCoMo soft magnetic alloy with TiN film is better than that of without modified.4.In the simulated oral environment before and after electro -chemical etching, the micro hardness of FeCrMo alloy with covering TiN film under Three different conditions and without the film were measured whether used the electro-chemical treatment or not, the micro hardness value of alloy covered with TiN film is obviously higher than that of without covered with film. The difference of statistical results is evident.So it is concluded that TiN film obtained by IBAD technology has no effect on magnetic force of FeCrMo soft magnetic. TiN film can improve the anticorrosive property of the dental FeCrMo soft magnetic alloy. The micro hardness of Fe-Cr-Mo alloy was obviously higher, so to improve the anti-abrasion property. |
