The paper mainly settles one of the critical probem in liver cancer microwave coagulation, etc, the tumors all around big blood whether or not are covered with coagulation lesion. In IMC clinical therapy finding that liver cancer tumor booming near big blood. During heating to destroycancer tumors, the heat loss due to the cooling of the large blood vessel is so great that will make the temperature of near tissue lower than 54℃, cancer tumors in this field will survive, which results in not to achive success once.The paper by simulation the impact of large blood vessels on the lesion boundary of IMC, clarifies :(1) when the large blood vessels are out of coagulation lesion,how they will affect the coagulation lesion 54℃ boundary;(2) when the large blood vessels are involved in coagulation lesion, how they will affect the temperature of coagulation lesion especially the effect on tissues near big blood.this paper discusses the regularity of effective therapy radius as above-described , to draw the functional digraph on the distance of blood vessel- antenna with the diameter of blood vessels. By the results, we can forecast the dying point-the critical distance and the biggest Re.The paper researching on big blood vessels in a creative way, put forward the conception of effective therapy radius, according to these data, doctor can choose whether or not to occlude the blood vessel before microwave coagulation therapy. The result of this paper is important to perfect IMC, improve nicety rate of IMC, and it is leading research task, with great utility and science significance.
