To compare the therapeutic effects of suprachoroidcavity drug administration with those of other topical administrations on treating Uveitis. 2. To compare the therapeutic effect of suprachoroidcavity drug administration with muscle injection on treating ocular perforating injury. 3.To evaluate the efftct of suprachoroidcavity drug administration .Methods 1.A11 the 36 normal pigment rabbits were divided into three groups randomly: A,B,C;and received intravitreal injection of 250ng LPS (Sigma, Lot3755)in right eyes. After 6h Img triamcinolone acetonide was administered into suprachoroidcavity in A groupjnto sub-tenon' s in B group,into vitreous body in C group.The effect was measured by the grade of inflammation,cell count and the protein of aqueous humour,FFA and histopathology. 2. All the 16 normal rabbits were divided into two groups:A and B. After eyes suffered perforating injury, Img triamcinolone acetonide was administered into suprachoroid in A group and 3mg dexamison was injected into muscle for three days in B group.The effect was measured by the grade.of retinal detachment N vitreous body opcification ., FFA andhistopathology. Results The effect of suprachoroidcavity drug administrationis superior to those of other administrations on treating Uveitis and ocularperforating injury. Conclusion The suprachoroidcavity drug administration issafe and effective and provides a new choice on treating Uveitis and ocularperforating injury.
