Postgraduate: Qiu min TUtor: He lishengTogether with the development of DO, more and more attention is paid to the implantal distractor. But the stress variation of surrounding bones in distraction after the distractor is implanted isn't clear now. In this study, the technology of 3D finite element was applied, and the stress variation of bones after implantation of different distractors was studied with the software of CAD and finite element Also the biomechanics' characteristics of three kinds of implantal distractor were analyzed. The purpose of this study is meant to guide the clinical use of distractor. The results are:1. The vivid 3D finite element model, which represents the mechanical characteristic of mandible, can be established with the software of CAD and finite element.2. The software of CAD, which could effectively explain the characteristics of distractors, can establish the CAD model of complex implantal distractor.3. Though FEA, can we conclude that the designs of all the distractors are reasonable and that all of them could maintain the function and the metabolism of bones. The maximal stress is presented near the interface of the alveolar ridge crest and the distractor.4. The influence of different distractors to the stress change of the interface is greatly varied. The stress of bones is soft and the distribution is equal when Distractor I was used. Itcan be applied under many conditions. In the early time of distraction, Distractor II could result in strong stress, but the received forces of the distractors is equal and stable. In addition more height could achieve this way. The stress variation and the maximal stress of bones caused by Distractor El are great and it is suitably used in the cases with good conditions of the primary alveolar ridge crest.According to the above, it can be inferred that the distribution of the stress could be adjusted by using different kinds of implantal distractors. So the health of supporting tissues can be maintained and the best effect of distraction and reconstruction can be achieved.
