Synthesis And Anti-Inflammatory And Analgesic Activitives Of Pyrrolizinone Derivatives

It is described that the advances of research of the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) in this paper. Fifteen NO-releasing compounds of 3H-l,2-dihydro-l-pyrrolizinone have been designed and synthesized. Their chemical structures have been confirmed by IR,1H-NMR and MS. The preliminary pharmacological tests showed 5APLO-3 and 5APLO-5 exhibited the anti-inflammatory activities, and 5APLO-6 and 7APLO-6 exhibited the analgesic activities. Some SAR of these compounds are summarized.
