Objective : TO investigated the therapy effect and prognosis related factors in the Acute Non-lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) patients. Methods: We retrospectively studied the therapy and prognosis of 161 patients with ANLL who all were our hospital patients between January 1986 and December 2001. Result: The complete remission (CR) rate(65.6%) in ANLL (Not conclude MS) patients who have the standard dose-chemotherapy were significantly higher than that who have the small-dose chemotherapy(29.4%)(P<0.05). Patients with M3 who use the ATRA have the higher CR rate(91%) than those who have the single chemotherapy(25%). After the CR ,used the ATRA and chemotherapy alternately as the consolidate chemotherapy have the better prognosis than other kind of ANLL.(P<0.05). If the age is smaller, the times of induction therapy is little and the times of consolidate therapy is more, the prognosis is better. Conclusion: For improve the CR rate in the ANLL patients, we should use the strongest dose induction therapy. The patients with M3 should select the ATRA first, consolidate therapy should use the ATRA and chemotherapy alternately. For the ANLL patienls, the more times of the consolidate therapy, the betler of the prognosis.
