SPECT and PET have been used in clinical medical application recently , they are widely used in noninvasive diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD), brain disease and tumour and become important in noninvasive diagnosis, treatment decision-making and assessment of therapy. With the technology developing , radionuclide medical image diagnosis will be used much more widely. The medical image research in our country is beginning and has a distance from some developed countries, hi order to improve our nuclear medicine researching level and clinical diagnosis level and catch up with advanced technology hi other country, we ought to pay more attention to the research of medical image.hi this paper, I do some algorithm researching in the aspect of medial image, two parts construct main of this paper, in the first part ,my research is concentrated hi brain image registration ,this part explains the base information , summarization , development of medical registration and explains the details of the application of mutual information method and Powell search algorithm. In the second part, A new method was developed to reorient LV long axis hi order to improve the accuracy and reproducibility of LV reorientation. The hemispheric-cylindrical myocardial model was used in quantitative analysis of myocardial SPECT. We adopted the maximum counts of the myocardium to fit LV to a hemispheric-cylindrical model under the Powell research algorithm. This researching will provide us a new method to make quantitative analysis of myocardial radionuclide tomographic images.
