Objective To develop the rat model of insulin-resistance and hyperhomocysteine and to investigate the changes of serum levels of insulin and homocysteine and to investigate insulin and homocysteine and to investigate the effect of insulin sensitizer Rosigitazone Maleate tablets on them.Methods The insulin resistance group was given fat-enriched diets.The hyperhomocysteine group was give methionine-enriched diets.After Rosigitazone Maleate tablets therapy, The serum conceneration of insulin,Homocysteine were determined by radioimmunoassay respectivly.Result The serum concentration of insulin increased significantly and the serum concentration of homocysteine decreased insignificantly in the insulinresistance group .The serum concentration of Scr increased in the insulin resistance group. After Rosigitazone Maleate tablets therapy The serum concentration of insulin decreased significantly and improved renal function.Conclusion 1 Insulin and homocysteine has a negative correlation.2 insulin resistance is a important risk factors of diabetic nephropathy.3 Hyperinsulin is reduced by Rosigitazone Maleate tablets and strave the diabetic chronic syndrome.
