Experiment Researching On The Affection About HSP70 Expression Of Myocardium From Different Intension Exercise

Through researching on the affection about the HSP expression of myocardium after different intension stamina training and exhausted exercise, the general regulation about it can be found. Research method: animal experiment method, dyeing HE method, histochemistry immunity method and statistics method . Research Result: 1 Myocardial injury comes from exercise stress; 2 Myocardial injury is different from different intension exercise and once exhausted exercise; 3 Different myocardial HSP70 expression comes from different intension exercise and once exhausted exercise ;4 The reason of different myocardial physical changing from different exercise stress may be relate to the changed expression of myocardial HSP70; 4 Long term middle intension exercise is the best exercise suited of myocardial protection.
