AbjectiveDuring in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,to abtain suitable mature o-ocyte and good embryos is very important for the pregnancy result, monitoring serum sex hormone level can help to decide the time of acquiring oocytes, The different serum follicle stimulating hormone ( FSH ) luteinizing hormone ( LH ) prolactin ( PRL) estradiol ( E2) progesterone ( P) level may have a different effect on oocyte maturation fertilization cleavage quality of human embryos on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) injection, but until now it is not get a agreement, To study the relationship between serum sex hormone levels and o-ocyte maturation fertilization cleavage and embryos quality and pregnancy during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.Methods48 women undenwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection ( ICSI-ET) mostly because of male factor under controlled hyperstimulation with gonadotropin releasing hormone antagonists / follicle stimulating hormone /human menopausal gon-adotropin/human chorionic gonadotropin ( GnRHa/FSH/HMG/HCG). FSH LH PRL E2 P in serum were measured by MEIA technology on the day of HCG injection.ResultThe numbers of abtained oocytes was positive related with E2 level (r = 0.797 ,P <0. 01) ;The oocyte maturation rate was negative related with LH(r = -0.571,P<0.01) ;The oocyte cleavage rate was positive related with E2 P level ( r =0. 346,P <0.05 ;r =0. 314 ,P <0.05) ;E2 P level in oocyte cleavage rate 90% group was higher than in oocyte cleavage rate < 80% group ( P < 0. 05 ) , No significant was found for E2 P level between oocyte cleavage rate 90% group and 5 80% & <90% group(P >0.05) , No significant was found between oocyte cleavage rate >80%&<90% group and <80% group (P >0. 05) ; No significant was found for serum FSH LH PRL E2 P level on the day of HCG injection between pregnant and nonpregnant group(P > 0. 05 ).ConclusionE2 level of HCG injection was the marker of ovarian reactivity to hyperstim-ulation , high LH level can decrease oocyte maturation rate, The oocyte cleavage rate was positive related with E2 P level ,The adequate E2P was the qualification of oocyte cleavage , The oocyte maturation rate was no related with FSH PRL E2 P,The oocyte fertilization was no related with FSH LH PRL E2P, No significant was found for serum FSH LH PRL E2 P level on the day of HCG injection between pregnant and nonpregnant group.
