| Objective1. We analyze the anthrax cases of liaoning history and investigate the outbreak of anthrax in 2001, which reveals the epidemic feature of anthrax and its epidemic factors , the result will provide theoretically basis for taking the measures of prevention and control of anthrax ;2. Investigating the polluted condition of anthrax in soil samples ;3. Detecting the virulence of the Bacillus Anthracis, in the same time the effect of sterilization is also evaluated.Methods1. Epidemic investigational method ;2. Traditional seperated and conforming method;3. Plasmid extraction and PCR amplication.Results1. The epidemic period of anthrax in liaoning province is 8 -10 years ,the farmers are the mian part of the totol cases , which occupy the 80. 20% ;and simple skin anthrax cases are the majority , whi,ch hold the 90. 62%. The anthrax cases of intestines are easy to die . The epidemic factors show that the most cases have had contaced with the silk or dead anamals. 2. 5 strains have been i-dentifled from 34 soil samples , which we obtained in three times , though the latter soil samples have been sterilized . PCR amplication indicates that the 5 strains all have capsular and lethal factor genes.Conclusion1. The epidemic period of anthrax in liaoning province is 8 - 10 years ,the farmers are the hignly dangerous population , and simple skin anthrax cases con-stitude the majority. The anthrax cases of intestines are easy to die . The epidemic factors show that the most cases have contaced with the silk or dead ana-mals ;2. The soil has been polluted by Bacillus Anthracis , the animals are likely to take the Bacillus Anthracis in their mouth when they eat the grass, and their dead bodies can pollute the environment again , that is to say , the potential harm is very serious; 3. Bacillus Anthracis has been seperated from the sterilized soil samples and PCR amplication indicates that the strains are all virulent isolates , which shows that the effect of sterization is not reliable;4. PCR can avoid the second polluted questions of using animals to detect the virulence of Bacillus Anthracis. |
