Study On The Immune Mechanism Of Anti-Tumor Effect On The Mise Loaded Tumor Cells Inducedby Toyal Glucosides Of Chishao

Radix paeoniae Rubra is an important Chinese herb activating blood flow and removing blood stasis, usually used in the treatment of tumor and blood stasis as a component of traditional decoctions and modifying mordern clinic decoctions.Based on the elementary research date of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and valuable ingredients isolated from it, we suppose that one of the chief components-the glucosides of CHISHAO (TGC) should be related to the anti-tumor effect of Radix Paeoniae Rubra.this study adopted loaded S180 cells mice model as an object of research and proved anti-tumor effect of TGC furthermore, explored the effective anti-tumor mechanism through study on its immune regulation function.Our study showed the TGC can promote significantly the expression of CD8+factor , increase the production of cytokine IL-4 and IFN-r, has no influence on the expression ofCD4+factorOn the date mentioned above, we suggest that TGC possesses anti-tumor effect by promoting the expression of CD8+ factor to regulate the rate of CD4+/CD8+ to normal and improving the production of cytokine IL-4 and IFN-r to correct the phenomenon of Thl/Th2 drift and promote the cell's apoptosis.So TGC is an important and effective ingredient of Radix Paeoniae Rubra in tumor inhibition.
