The Study On Development Of Health Service And Its Synthetical Evaluation From 1990 To 2000 In Anqing

To study the development of health service, Analysis the datum of health statistics report forms in Anqing from 1990 to 2000, and compare it with Anhui province and countrywide of 2000, then synthetical evaluate the sickbeds usage in hospitals at county and higher levels , the mother and child health care in Anqing . The results show that: during the 11 years, the natural increase rate of population had been descending in Anqing , the medical technical personnel and beds had been increasing, especially the doctors and nurses in county, the medical technical personnel above the title of a technical post in charge had been increasing too, the quality of hospital work had been raising , the management and effect of mother and child health care had been improving, the force of disease control and health supervision had been increasing, rural medical health care had been strengthening, the expenses of health service had been adding. From above shows that health service had made a progress with the development in the 1990's in Anqing , along with the improvement of society economy and standard of living .But some new things and problems were appearing at the same time , should pay more attention to it, health resources were shortage , disposal was unreasonable , rate of utilization was low, the development of cooperative medical services was slow, the addition of hospitalization costs was rapidness. The sickbeds usage in hospitals at county and higher levels was synthetical evaluated with TOPSIS method , at the same time the mother and child health care in Anqing was synthetical evaluated with Rank-sum ratio (RSR) method , the results shows that the sickbed usage of county and higher levels had been descending year after year , but there was a ascending tendency lately, the mother and child health care had been madesome progress year after year, and the management was better, but the effect was not good enough . The results from above shows that: make better use of the health resources, enhance the quality of the management for mother and child health care, promote the health service development. Conclusions: The health service had a good progress from 1990 to 2000 in Anqing. Nevertheless there are necessary to enforce the government pay much attention to it, make good use of health resources, deepen the reformation of rural health , increase the force of the prevention and health care, make the health service has a constant, healthy and comprehensive development.
