Protection Of Tongqiaojiannao Capsules On Experimental Cerebral Ischemia Reperfusion Damages In Rats

Objective:To study the protection of Tongqiaojiannao Capsules on experimental cerebral ischemia/reperfusion damages in rat.Methord: An acute experimental imcomplete cerebral ischemic model induced by ligating bilateral common carotid arteries for 45 minutes, and then reperfusion 90 minutes ;the 60 wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups, 10 rats in every group: (1)Sham operated control group (2)physiological saline control group (3) lower dosage TQ-treating group (4) midding dosage TQ-treating group(5)higher dosage TQ-treating group?nimodipine-treating group, detecting the levels of SOD and MDA and the activity of mitochondrial enzymes, observing Fas protein expressed , 2 rats were selecting randomly from (1) (2) (5) groups and observing theultrastructure of the neurocytes.ResultrTongqiaojiannao Capsules can obviously raise the level of SOD , decrease MDA production , increase the activity of mitochondrial enzymes, restrain the expression of Fas protein, resuscitate changes in ultrastruc-ture of neuocytes.ConclusionrTongqiaojiannao Capsules possesses stronger protection,which has relation to anti-free radical , protection the function of mitochondrion, anti-apoptosis and maintenance the integrality of cells.
