PrefaceAlong with the increasing of the magnetism function , rare earth permanent magnet is being applied extensively . Among them , magnetic attachment has been applied to clinic extensively because of having different characteristics and advantages with others. Now , the magnetic attachment , which shell was wrapped up with stainless steel ,has already been manufactured in abroad , and has further better characteristics than others whether in the decrease of leaking magnetism , or in the function of resistant corrosion . The application of dental magnetic attachment in oral becomes more safe .Coming together the domestic and foreign achievement , we develop a same kind of product suiting for the clinical application , and further improve its construction and function , which will promote an extensive application of magnetic attachment in the domestic dental realm . The experiment investigated the bio-compatibility of a special stainless materials that will be used in the magnetic attachment by apoptosis - assay for the culture cells in vitro, and compared with titanium alloy and cobalt - chrome alloy that are often used in oral cavity , in order to provide a biological basis for the clinical application of the magnetic attachment.Materials and Methods1. The experiment was divided into : the medical stainless , titanium alloy , Co - Cr alloy . The metal materials were made into some plates that diameterand thickness were 12mm, 0.6mm . After disinfected and sterilized , the materials were put into 24 bores culture plate . Then we used the RPMI -1640 culture liquids to prepare the extracting liquids of the materials . We choose the logarithms generate term L - 929 cells , which density was roughly 1.0 x 106/ml2. The experiment methods : To take 24 bores culture plates , and add the cell suspending liquids 1ml in to each bore . After 24h , suck out the liquids , add 1ml materials extracting liquids into the bore , which educated 24h . Then dyed with PI , without light 30 min , use the flow cytometry.ResultsThe results of statistical analysis : There were significant difference in the AP% between the metal material group and the positive control ( p < 0. 01) . According to the rate of apoptosis cells , the sequence from big to small was : the titanium alloy , the stainless steel , cobalt - chromium alloy.DiscussionRecently ,we have recognized that cells will apoptosis when they multiply . There were little research on the apoptosis induced by the oral materials. There were no research on the magnetic attachment. The magnetic attachment acted on the oral cavity with salius, so we choose the extractionand L - 929 cells which was stable. In the experiment , I choose PI dyes , then use the cytometry .With the development of science, the volume of the magnetic attachment will be little by little with enough attraction. The use of laser welding ensuring the magnet would not be decayed.Combing domestic and foreign achievement , we develop a type of new magnetic attachment , and optimize its magnet , yoke iron and design in order to promote its function and safety as far as probably . We still use the advanced medical stainless steel to wrap up the magnet ,and this stainless steel has a superior machine quality and resistant corrosion quality . At the point between thetwo stainless steel , we still adopt advanced precise laser welding technology , and attain a perfect seal in order to ensuring the magnet would not be decayed and its retain force would not reduce at the same time . For ensuring that stainless steels will not bring a certain damage to human body, it is necessary to eval-uate their biocompatibility before the clinical application .ConclusionThe experiment results clarify ; The stainless steel used in magnetic attachment , which meets the requirement for clinical application . This result provided a biological basis for its application in the magnetic attachment .
