The methods of experimental study include heated board method, injured model method, xylol and acetic acid caused inflammation method.In 70 patients, clinical effect of fever analgesic plaster is observed, while FuTaLin emulsion is used in control group. The results show that fever analgesic plaster has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and detumescencent action. Its effects are remarkably higher than those of stroma group ( P<0.05 ) . Its analgesic and anti-inflammatory actions are similar to FuTaLin emulsion group (P>0.05) . Its detrmescencet action is remarkably higher than that of QiZheng analgesic plaster group( P<0.05 ). And clinical effective rate of fever analgesic plaster is 97.37%, its cure rate is remarkable than FuTaLin emulsion group(x2=4.41,P<0.05).
