Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) is a peculiar disease during pregnant period. It is investigated, about 9.4% pregnant women have different degrees PIH. This disease occurs after 20 weeks of pregnance. It ,s clinical appearance are hypertension,protein urea and dropsy, when the condition is severe, it will appear twitch,coma, even the mother and the infant died, Until today, this disease is the most important death reason of the pregnant women and perinatal period infant. The early diagnosis and treatment of PIH will help to improve the prognosis of mothers and children. The pathogenic reason of PIH is not very clear. It ,s pathologic change is body,s small arterial convulsion, that cause the tubal narrow and the surround resistance increase. All body,s organs and tissues are harmed, the renopathy is regarded to be the main pathologic change. Obvious abnormality of blood dynamic make renal blood,GFR and the reabsorb ofnephridia decrease. Long long ago, people made many experienments and clinical studies on renopathy of PIH, they manage to find out the indicators of showing renopathy degree. In several years, the efficacy of plasma α1-microglobulin (α1-M) and β2-microglobulin (β2-M) are taken into account more and more. The results are not same. Most people believed the both having rather value, but some people thought not so. This experienment ,s object is to evaluate the value.Method:In this study, 51 patients of PIH were collected, eighteen of them were mild, the pregnancy period were 37.0±2.6 weeks, the age were 26.8±2.5 years old, eighteen of them were moderate, the pregnancy period were 36.4±2.3 weeks, the age were 27.2±4.3 years old, fifteen of them were severe, the pregnancy period were 35.5±3.1 weeks, the age were 26.2±3.5 years old, 20 nomal pregnant women were chose to act compared team. They were healthy, the pregnancy period were 38.4±2.0 weeks, the age were 26.6±5.4 years old. The pregnancy period and the age had not significant difference.The both team had not liver,kidney diseases,diabetes,rheumatism ,tumor and using the medicament of affecting renal function.In PIH patients and the the nomal pregnant women, vein blood was collected in morning and centrifuge 3000 rpm to 5 minites, the specimens were reserved in 20℃, defrosted blood serum in normal compreture, plasma α1-M and β2-M were measured by RIA, Serum creatine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were measured by biochemistry analysis. The both were compared, the datum in article were expected with ±S and dealed with scalar statistic soft ware. t test,ANOVA,correlation and regression analysis were used to analsis the datum. Result:plasma α1-M,β2-M,BUN and SCr in PIH patients team and normal pregnant women team were seen from the form. In mild PIH team, α1-M was 15.98±2.87mg/L, β2-M was 2.10±0.32mg/L, BUN was 4.04±0.43mmol/L, SCr was 47.26±7.65μmol/L, in moderate PIH team, α1-M was 28.23±5.34mg/L, β2-M was 2.58±0.46mg/L, BUN was 4.18±0.37mmol/L, SCr was 50.65±5.42μmol/L, in severe PIH team, α1-M was 30.35±5.11mg/L, β2-M was 4.77±1.58mg/L, BUN was 5.35±0.23mmol/L, SCr was 64.18±15.90μmol/L, in normal pregnant women team, α1-M was 9.88±1.33mg/L, β2-M was 1.86±0.30mg/L, BUN was 3.71±0.73mmol/L, SCr was 53.47±4.47μmol/L. Compared to the normal pregnant women team,the level of plasma α1-M in mild PIH team were higher than that in normal pregnant women team(P<0.05),plasma β2-M, BUN and SCr had not different in mild PIH team and the normal pregnant women team(P>0.05); in moderate PIH team, the level of α1-M and β2-M were higher than those in the normal pregnant team (P<0.01), the level of BUN was higher than that in normal pregnant women team(P<0.05), SCr had not different in moderate PIH team and the normal pregnant women team (P>0.05); α1-M β2-M, BUN and SCr in severe PIH team were significantly higher than those in normal pregnant women (P<0.01).
