The Treatment On Anovulatory Dysfunctional Bleeding Because Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With TCM And Western Drugs

Objective To explore the curative effect and mechanism of treation Anovulatory Dysfunctional Bleeding patients because of PCOS diagnosed deficiency of kidney and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Treat the 24 patients with TCM drugs(Bushenhuayuzhi-xue Decoction, Bushenhuoxuetiaojing Decoction) and western drugs (Progesterone, Clomiphene Citrate).Observe the changes of the patients of clinical symptoms and signs,serum hormones (LH,FSH,E2,T,INS) levels,basic body temperature(BBT)and those of ultrasonic examination.Results The total effective rate is 87.5%, the ovulation rate is 66.67%,and the pregnant rate is 54.55%.The treation can improve the patients' clinical symptoms obviously,decrease the levels of LH, LH/FSH,T, INS,and increase FSH level significantly.lt can also decrease the density of edometrium.Conclusion Endocrine turbulence and decompensation are two important pathological characteristics in PCOS patients.There are Hyperluteinizing-hormone, Hyperandrogensim, Hyperestrone and Hyperinsulinemia in PCOS patients,and the Hyperestrone is the main pathogenesis of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Bleeding because of PCOS.The TCM and western drugs can work through regulating the unbalanced metabolization of LH,FSH,T,INS so as to induct ovulating and resume the balance.
