Objective:To explore the characteristics of tongue diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) with precancerous Lesions. Methods and Result. This study included clinical and experimental study.Clinical study detected that the tongue nature of CAG with precancerous Lesions mainly showed dark red or with ecchymosis, the tongue coating mainly showed greasy, the tongue body mainly showed teeth-printed or fissures, and the sublingual vein mainly showed torsion, hyperemia and petechiae. The carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) of saliva increased obviously.PH of the tongue surface, microcirculation of the tongue tip and the exfoliative cell of the tongue coating were obviously different from those of the other three groups.Experimental results indicated that the tongue nature of wister rat of the control group showed light purple, but that of the model group mainly showed dark purple.Externalization analysis results of the image of tongue and gastric mucosa have linear correlation. The difference of the two groups was significant in statistics.PH of the tongue surface and gastric fluid of the model group was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the two kinds of PH had also linear correlation. The pathology of the tongue of the model group was also very different from that of the control group. Conclusion:Both clinical and experimental research suggested that the tongue diagnosis of CAG with precancerous lesions had its characteristics. The tongue diagnosis is useful to increase the diagnostic rate of CAG with precancerous lesions, and it also supplies a objective foundation to some extent for the tretment and the judgement of therapeutic effect.
