The Clinical Study Of Yiqi Zhixue Decotion In Treating Emorrhapic Period Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Bleeding With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To explore systematically and the effect and the hemostasis principle of Yiqi Zhixue Decoction (YQZXD) in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome based on the theoretical and clinical research under the guidance of traditional and western medical theory.Method:60 patients were divided randomly into test group (30 cases ,treated with YQZXD)and control group (30 cases,treated with GBZBD).The hemostasis effect,the improvements of clinical symptoms,the uterine three diameters and the density of endometrium,platelet volume distribution amplitude (PDW) and mean platelet volume (MPV),fibrinogen (FIB) and prothrombin time (PT),6-keto-PGF1a(6-k-PGF1a) and thromboxane B2 (TXB2). Results: YQZXD could improve clinical symptoms of patients obviously and the total effective rate was 96.67%.The difference was significant compared to control group.The clinical symptoms,the uterine three diameters,the density of endometrium,the level of PDW, MPV, FIB,PT,6-K-PGF1a,TXB2 are improved.Compared to that of the prethrapy,the difference was significiant(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and the difference was significant compared to control group(P<0.05).It showed that the efficiency of test group was significant superior to that of control group.Conclusion:YQZXD is an effective recipe in treating DUB with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome.The effect may be achieved through the operation of promoting the level of PLT,adjusting the concentrations of PG.
